Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This website is run by Super Sisters Media LLC (“we” or “us”), the publisher of The Super Sisters Mysteries. This page explains what information we collect on supersistersmedia.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This site is for grown-ups
Our books are for children ages 5–8, but our sign-up and contact forms are meant for parents, caregivers, teachers and librarians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, email us at hello@supersistersmedia.com and we will delete it.
What we collect
- Free printables and Book Two news: your first name, email address and ZIP code.
- Classroom guide, book orders and author readings: your first name, email address, school or organization, school ZIP code, role, grade and, if you share them, the number of books, the date you need them and any notes.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic and your message.
We only collect what you type into these forms. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. We count page visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or track individual visitors.
How we use it
- To send you what you asked for, like the printable adventure pack or the classroom guide.
- To send occasional Super Sisters news, such as new printables and book releases.
- To reply to your questions, book orders and author reading requests.
- To understand where our readers are, using ZIP codes, for things like planning school visits.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services we use
We use a few trusted services to run this site. They handle your information on our behalf:
- An email service provider stores our email lists and sends our emails.
- Our website host runs this site and receives form submissions.
- An analytics service counts page visits so we know which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or identify you.
- A font service provides the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to it when the page loads.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime: every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- See, change or delete your information: email hello@supersistersmedia.com and we will take care of it.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, and we rely on the security of the services listed here. No website can promise perfect security, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
